Valsesia is a true paradise for kayakers, full of rivers of different levels and waterways to deepen your kayak technique. However, most of these rivers are difficult, class IVº/Vº, and our Alpin Rider Center project was born precisely from the desire to create kayak classes for already experienced kayakers who want to tackle all the rapids that Valsesia offers in safety and style!
This course will help you increase your technique in rough water and at the same time discover all the most beautiful tributaries and rapids in Valsesia. In kayaking, as in life, you never stop learning, and Valsesia is an international level learning terrain!
We will focus on the evolution of taking small eddies and getting in a fast current,we will spend a lot of time learning and perfecting the boof stroke, making our kayak jump, raising awareness of paddling and using our whole body to move correctly in the complex rapids of class IVº/Vº! The course obviously includes a part of reading water and studying hydrodynamics!
