ARC MOLLIA - HIGH ALTITUDE CYCLABLE PATHS

• This itinerary is undoubtedly the most evocative and unmissable for fans of long rides on the E-bike. Attention, a certified MTB guide from the Alpin Rider Center is strongly recommended! In addition to guide you along this long route, it will help you with mechanical assistance in case of a tire flat or problems with your bike. Since the itinerary goes a long way from the state road, in case of problems it becomes very difficult to provide assistance.
• The Valsesia cycle path - PCV1 - which passes behind the Alpin Rider Center will allow you to take a long circular ride passing through high Valsesian's mountains.
• Following the PCV1 downstream, starting from Mollia you will reach Scopello following the Sesia river.
• Once you arrive in Scopello, follow the suggestive high-altitude cycle path - PCV2 - which goes up to the Alpe di Mera (in the summer period, it is possible to go up with the lifts avoiding a 900m difference in altitude!).
• From Mera, a panoramic and exciting high-altitude cycle path will bring you in front of his majesty the Monterosa!
• There are two possible itineraries at this point:

1. the first will take you across the green Meggiana Alp and from there you can go down to Piode, then return to the ARC base.

1. Otherwise continue up to Alpe Sorbella and then swoop down to the wonderful village of Rassa! Last part slightly uphill to return to base.

• Possibility of doing the ring in reverse, going up from Piode towards Meggiana or from Rassa with a high degree of difficulty. Once you arrive at Alpe di Mera, you descend along the old routes of the Mera bike Park, which for DH enthusiasts are adrenaline-filled and demanding but very fun challenges, tackling DH tracks that swoop down to Scopello. Be very careful, the paths are exclusively for experts! During the opening of the lifts, there is the possibility of trying different routes or trails.
