Rafting in Valsesia with ARC

Would you like to try rafting on the Sesia with Valsesia Outdoor? Below is a description of what awaits you!

• First, when you arrive at our centre, we will give you all the equipment you need for this fun activity: helmet, lifeguard, wetsuit, water jacket and paddle! Bring a swimming costume, a towel, and a thermal shirt - we'll take care of the rest.
• Secondly, basic handling and safety manoeuvres on our meadow will be explained to you to prepare you for your river adventure. How to sit, how to paddle, movement manoeuvres and how to stay safe inside the raft. Listen well! You will be the star of your own descent and you need to play as a team with us for optimal river navigation!
• Lastly, we will move on to the river Sesia! On our minibus trip we will give you some more technical information and as soon as we arrive at the embarkation point, we will give you a nice dip to cool off and acclimatise to the water. Once the crew is well set up inside the raft we will use an area of flat water for you to try out all the manoeuvres explained above and take a test run to see if the whole crew has understood the controls and is ready for the adventure!
