FROM 7 TO 70 YEARS OLD, RAFTING NEVER DISAPPOINTS!

Below is some useful general information, why you should choose an Alpin Rider Center, and what the A.R.C. model we created means to ensure maximum fun in total safety, for both adults and kids!

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• Arrival: Meet at the center's reception at least 30 minutes before your activity.

• Gear up: Receive your technical equipment and get changed in our locker rooms.

• Transfer: Accompanied by our Guides, you will reach the boarding point of your chosen river stretch using our shuttle.

• Briefing: You will finish gearing up at the riverbank, and then the Guides will give you a briefing and a short theoretical lesson on paddling techniques and safety rules.

• Action: The river adventure begins!!! A certified Guide will be with you on every raft!

• Return: Upon landing, you will find our shuttle ready to take you back to the center, where you can enjoy a hot shower and lots of fun and relaxation at the Alpin Bar!

WHAT TO BRING?

• A pair of sneakers you don't mind getting wet (no sandals or flip-flops). If you are on vacation and don't have them, no problem—our staff will lend you water shoes!

• A swimsuit and a synthetic technical t-shirt or fleece.

• Shower kit.

WHAT WILL WE PROVIDE?

• Neoprene wetsuit (long john style)

• Splash jacket

• Life jacket (PFD)

• Helmet

• And of course, the paddle! :)

We use certified equipment that is washed and disinfected after every trip.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF RAIN?

Rafting and kayaking don't stop for rain! The activity is not canceled, but the center reserves the right to change the stretch of the river, guaranteeing the same duration and characteristics of the chosen activity. If you have planned a BBQ, don't worry: we have a 50 sq m covered gazebo ready to welcome you!

• A - Adventure: We are human beings, and by nature, we love discovering new experiences, big or small. Adventure is one of the pillars of the Alpin Rider Center. Our goal is to offer everyone the chance to live their own personal adventure, with enthusiasm and curiosity.

• R - Responsibility: This is the commitment we make every day, going well beyond safety. We passionately share our love for nature and outdoor sports, respectfully guiding you along a path of discovery and emotion.

• C - Growth: Stepping out of your comfort zone, challenging yourself, discovering new emotions: this is how we grow. We want to help you enrich your personal background of experiences and awareness, making every adventure an opportunity for evolution.

During the initial phases in the water, we observe and talk with our guests to personalize the experience and guarantee maximum fun, respecting their pace and emotions so they never feel uncomfortable.

SAFETY

Our Guides, in addition to being FIRAFT certified (Italian Rafting Federation), undergo monthly retraining to ensure consistency and top-level preparation.
